Genuine Quantum modular wire systems offer a unique combination of shelf and post sizes in a variety of nishes to work in any application. The all welded shelf construction is supported with architectural wire trusses to provide between 600 lb. and 1,000 lb. capacity per shelf.

Galvanized Solid Shelves

Solid shelves are a solution where dirt, dust and spills are a potential problem. The solid flat surface is easily wiped down and the marine edge perimeter helps retain spillage. The double hemmed 18 gauge galvanized steel gives the solid shelf excellent strength characteristics. Solid Stainless Steel Shelves are made with 304 Stainless. All solid shelf units consist of 4 shelves and 4 posts. Additional shelves may be purchased separately. Mobilize starter shelving unit using optional mobile kit WR-00H. Units with Add-On kit cannot be made mobile.

Galvanized Steel - Solid dual layer construction with double hemmed perimeter with marine edge ensures maximum strength while retaining spillage. Specifically designed for storage of small parts that might normally fall through wire shelves. Perfect for use in a healthcare setting where dust and dirt need to be prevented from coming upwards from the floor. 18 gauge heavy duty construction with excellent corrosion resistance.

Stainless Steel Solid Shelves

Quantum Storage Systems offers several different shelf finishes and styles to meet any storage application. Wire shelves are manufactured with all welded construction and have support trusses for added strength. All shelves offer a weight capacity of 600-800 lbs, depending on their actual width. 18 Gauge Solid Shelves are available in 304 Stainless Steel and Galvanized finishes. Choose a finish that best meets your requirements (all shelves NSF approved).

Stainless Steel - 304 Stainless with an electropolish finish represents the highest industry standard in the prevention of corrosion. This finish is highly effective for corrosive environments.

Posts

All posts are fabricated from 16 gauge carbon steel with location grooves on one inch increments. Numbers are printed between grooves for quick assembly. Leveling legs are enclosed with all posts. Leveling legs cannot be used in conjunction with stem casters. Custom post heights are available, call for pricing.

  • Chrome - is a plating process which deposits hard chrome over a nickel surface. This process is very durable and is used in an up-front storage or material handling application.
  • Stainless Steel - 304 Stainless with an electropolish finish represents the highest industry standard in the prevention of corrosion. This finish is highly effective for corrosive environments.
  • Green Epoxy (Proform) - is an economical solution for high humidity applications. The carbon steel is treated with an iron phosphate base. A hybrid epoxy with an antibacterial agent is electrostatically applied.
  • Gray Epoxy - The Gray Epoxy Wire Shelving Shelf is ideal for wet or humid environments and is often used in food service and cooler applications. Quantum stocks a large quantity of Gray Epoxy Shelves, posts, and accessories for quick shipping.

Wrap Around Shelf Covers

Wire shelf covers are crystal clear and very sturdy, work with any brand of wire, converts wire shelves to solid shelves. They are made from PETG Material and are 1.5mm Thick. Any concern with burrs or rough edges or tearing something on the wire shelf - our clear covers solve this issue. They also provide a spill-safe surface so that no liquid will fall through the wire. Wire label holders can still be placed on the wire shelf and the cover's edge will fit over the front of the label holder.

Modular Enclosure Panels

Are easily adaptable to standard shelving units to create a secured storage area. 

  • Panels are fabricated from 6 gauge wire on 3" x 3" squares
  • Modular enclosure panels work with four shelf depths: 14", 18", 21" and 24" and three heights: 63", 74" and 86"
  • One modular enclosure panel is needed for each side and two or three panels are needed for the back
  • New EP-CLIP hardware package allows enclosure panels to be fastened tight to the shelves to help eliminate any rattling noise while in transit. One package needed per enclosure panel.

New design Hanging Label tab has 8 COLORS AVAILABLE at surface on one side to allow for self-adhesive label. Opposite side has a slot for label to be inserted and easily removed or changed as needed.
